Day 2: May 14, 2009
Today we started our day in San Jose, where we had breakfast. Then we started our trip to the caribbean side of Costa Rica.. We stopped a couple of times, one of them to find our way... we used a GPS... Later, we took a boat and travelled the second portion of our journey through the canals, all the way to Tortuguero. On that part, we stopped to take water samples and analyze. Temperature, salinity, BOD, Phosphates, Nitrates, etc.
