Day 2: June 23, 2009
On our way to lamanai after nice healthy breakfast, our first stop was at a local school were the girls got to interact with the local kids giving them goodies and entertain them with music. And off we went to Lamanai, Upon arrival to Lamanai we were greeted by the loud calls of the Howler Monkeys, resembling Jerassic Park. Took a trail into the jungle that lead us to the temple of the Mask dating to a 100 BC (original mask). Our adventure continued to the High Temple were we did extra exercise going to the top, its a 13 story building with no elevator but safe.
