Day 2: March 13, 2009
After so many hours on planes we are in Spain. And we can tell we are indeed in Spain because the weather is gorgeous. It is 23 degrees. In Canada that is like the hottest day of the year! Roberto, our tour director, was waiting for us at the airport and took us to our coach that got us to the hotel in no time. Everybody was driving out of town for the weekend whilst we were driving into town. We had some time for a shower and rest a little bit before heading to the restaurant for dinner, Frescco. This restaurant was perfect, an all-you-can-eat place with salads, pasta, pizza, ice-cream... Afterwards Roberto took us to take a look at the bullring, the most famous in the world. We took some pictures and learned how a "corrida" is carried out, how much tickets cost, what takes to become a bullfighter... Then we were in the mood to go for a walk before going back to the hotel. It has been a wonderful evening.
