Day 2: March 28, 2008
Good morning everybody! All the four different groups travelling on this trip touched down safely at Heathrow airport today! We checked in at our hotel, which is located in the Docklands area, and met Marina, our Explorica Tour Director, who will be with us for the rest of the week. Today we had a first tasting of London - we visited the National Gallery, one of London's most important art galleries, and from there walked to Leicester Square and Covent Garden, a really cool area with nice shops and street performers.
Our first dinner was a typically English one: fish and chips!
