Day 4: March 11, 2018
In the morning we left Bologna and on.our bus we traveled to Firenze, crossing the Appennine mountain Chan, passing from Emilia Romagna into Tuscany region. Once in Firenze we first checked into our hotel very central located and then walking in the historical center we reached and visited a leather workshop for a demo. From there, with our local guide Simona and headsets on the Group enjoied a beautiful guided city tour covering the major city highlights and ending in Piazza Santa Croce. There we said bye to Simoba and we enjoied our lunch in a very nice restaurant right there in the Piazza. Later we walked to the Duomo covering first Piazza della Signoria and the shopping street of Via dei Calzaiuoli. By the Duomo we stopped at the reservation office fire the combine tickets to use for the two days in Firenze to visit the Dome, the Giotto Tower, the Baptistery and the Museum. Then everybody had free time. Later, with Big part of the Group we follie the Mass in the Cathedral and after the Mass, meeting again all together, we reached our restaurant next to San Lorenzo Church. There the Group enjoied a very good dinner and after dinner we walked back to our hotel.
