 Get a feel for Edmonton’s strong urban pulse on this sightseeing walk led by the tour director. Make your way downtown to Sir Winston Churchill Square where you’ll find an eight-story crystal pyramid that is City Hall—the gem of the Downtown Arts District. Also downtown is the 4th Street Promenade, a sophisticated neighborhood filled with fine art, delicious local cuisine and countless boutiques—a great spot to find a unique souvenir! And a tour of Edmonton wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the River Valley Parks; the largest expanse of urban parkland in North America.

The park has offered visitors pristine trails and endless outdoor activities since its establishment in 1907.

Nestled between Banff and Jasper on the Icefields Parkway, the Columbia Icefield is one of the Rocky’s largest icefields at a size of 325 square kilometers in area. The icefields most famous and visited glacier is the Athabasca Glacier. Learn about this impressive attractions as well as others at the Icefield Interpretative Centre.

Travel the most scenic route in the Rockies, as the Icefield Parkway winds through the mountain landscape. The 144mi. parkway offers stunning views of the lakes, glaciers and wilderness of two national parks.

Named after the Princess Louise Caroline Alberta, Lake Louise has the best the Canadian Rockies can offer. Known as Canada's "Diamond in the Wilderness," the mountain lake has sparkling blue waters, glacier-capped peaks, dramatic mountain slopes, and pristine walking trails that all make Lake Louise a Rockies favorite. Enjoy free time to explore the lake-side walking trails and the postcard-ready views.

Prepare for some breathtaking views as you take the 8 minute ride to the summit of Sulphur Mountain in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. At a height of 2,281 meters, the mountain’s viewing decks and walkways offer a 360-degree panoramic view of six mountain ranges.

 Get acquainted with Calgary on this sightseeing walk led by your tour director. Go for gold at the Olympic Plaza, which was the venue for medal ceremonies during the 1988 Olympic Games. Not far down the road is the Devonian Gardens. Declared a Canadian Historic site in 2002, this large indoor park and botanical garden complete with waterfalls and koi ponds provides a wonderful respite from the bustling city. Stephen Avenue is a major pedestrian mall known for some of Calgary’s finest restaurants and cafés.

During this full day excursion from Calgary to Drumheller you’ll see the best of the Canadian Badlands and Drumheller hoodoo rock formations. This area of Alberta is famous for its rich deposits of fossils, including dinosaur bones, unearthed at the UNESCO World Heritage Site Dinosaur Provincial Park.

Enjoy some of the best views of downtown Calgary, the Rocky Mountains and the prairies to the east as you wander around the 360-degree Observation Deck which is set 191 meters above Calgary’s bustling city. Afterwards take part in a complimentary tour in the tower’s museum to learn about the city’s history, landmarks and future.
