Day 2: May 15, 2009
As you can see from the photos everybody arrived in good shape and we've seen a lot on our first day in Paris. We took the metro in to the City Hall where we took our first photo and then walked over the Seine to the Notre Dame cathedral (after a crepe lunch). We saw the inside of the cathedral and walked around it to see the gargoyles. Next we crossed over to the Left Bank where we saw some great street entertainers on St Michel's square. After this we had dinner and then walked along the Seine as far as the Louvre museum. We'll sleep well tonight and looking forward to lots more sightseeing tomorrow!
