Day 1: March 12, 2011
Welcome ya'll....(my Boston accent....is changing from being with ya'll Texans for the day...haha)
Great first day!!
victoria, haley, deja, samantha, scotty, connor, hunter made it through a long, chilly day here in Boston...or Baaaston, as we say it here....
Walked a TON on the freedom trail, from the Boston Common, to the State House, the Boston Massacre site, Faneuil Hall and the North End....a fun but LONG WALK!!
Cheated a bit and....took the bus to Charlestown for the USS Constitution and the Bunker Hill Monument.
Then on to The Hard Rock for Dinner and the Skywalk at the Pru....a big first day!!
Tomorrow, off to Harvard and Salem...
Tour Director Ian
