Controller Junior Accountant: Accounts Payable Senior Accountant: Accounts Payable International Software Developer Sales Executive Program Associate Controller
The Controller will be involved with internal and external reporting of financial information. This would include month-end close to financial reports to the CFO, External Auditors, and Tax Authorities. This is a hands on role with little delegation of duties. The position will be located in Boston and will report to the CFO. Responsibilities- Manage, Analysis and Perform monthly close duties including: Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis, posting month end journal entries, posting intercompany transactions and review reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts.
- Report and escalate financial concerns such as cash management issues, budget over runs, A/R delinquencies to CFO.
- Supervise approximately 3-6 local staff members.
- Assist in budgeting and planning with CFO and Department Heads.
- Ensure internal control policies are in place and enforced
- Perform analysis of GAAP accounting pronouncement for applicability to transaction and future corporate endeavors.
- Manage audits of internal and domestic corporate entities.
- Manage external tax preparation of International and Domestic Corporate Tax Returns
- Preparation of local tax filings such as Canadian GST, Sales and Use Tax, various Corporate Franchise Tax and business registrations.
- Analysis and timely response to Tax Assessments and Tax Notices.
- Manage relationships with external parties such as ADP, Bank relationships, Tax and Auditors, and Accounting System providers.
- Guide Corporation on system advances as it relates to the accounting area.
Qualifications- Must have 7+ years solid Accounting Experience. Previous experience as an assistant controller or similar position preferred.
- BS in Accounting. CPA license a plus
- Previous experience supervising staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are an absolute must
- Self motivated but strong ability to work in collaborative team.
- Solid understanding of GAAP-related principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Some experience with preparation of Corporate Tax or demonstration of understanding the tax process.

Qualifications- Must have 3-5 years solid General Ledger Experience
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- Handle and perform the duties with little direct supervision
- Speak clearly, both in person and by telephone, using a high level of verbal skills and listening skills.
- Experience assisting international clients or understanding of cultural differences
- Computer Knowledge: Accounting systems Great Plains(preferred) , Excel, Word

Do you know the European Continent inside and out? Do you have
a wealth of knowledge and the confidence to share it with others?
We're looking for bilingual people who have at least one year
of European travel industy experience. You must be living in or
based in Europe for the tour season to be considered.You must
enjoy helping young North America travelers to discover everything
that Europe has to offer. You will accompany and lead European
tours of varying sizes throughout the year. You will be responsible
for the well-being of these groups. You will be expected to research
specific destinations and provide commentary on the destination
countries, as well as to suggest activities for periods of free
time. You will check groups in and out of hotels, and you are
the liaison between tour groups and travel suppliers such as hotels,
restaurants, and bus companies. You are a trusted source of knowledge
and you will be expected to share that knowledge with your tour
groups. The perfect candidate should be fluent in English and
at least one other language from our destination countries. You
should have at least one year of experience leading tours in Europe
and the ability to use digital cameras, hand-held computers, and
email. This candidate should be a problem-solver who is energetic
