From the Eiffel Tower and the Mona Lisa to the Loire Valley and the charming countryside, it\u2019s no wonder that France is one of the most visited countries in the world.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">February 25th marks Mardi Gras, which is French for \u201cFat Tuesday\u201d. It\u2019s a celebration prior to the fasting season of Lenten, or Lent, a holiday typically associated with the Catholic faith. Mardi Gras means parties, parades, and widespread indulgences as the festivities get underway later this month.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Students participating in our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.explorica.com\/educational-tours\/paris-provence-and-the-cote-dazur.aspx\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">France, Provence, &amp; the Cote d\u2019Azur<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tour, will see an array of French lifestyles.
