Ireland, Scotland, England, Spain, Morocco, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, France.\u00a0 Going to Costa Rica this year!<\/p>\n

Favorite band, movie, and\/or book\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Classic movies from my childhood remain my favorites – like the Wizard of Oz<\/a>.\u00a0 My all-time favorite music is probably the Motown sounds of Curtis Mayfield<\/a> and Marvin Gaye<\/a>.

If you could be any animal, which animal would you be?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019ll have to say a cat.\u00a0 Who wouldn\u2019t want to nap in the sun all day long<\/a>?
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Favorite breakfast cereal?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kashi <\/a>with rice milk and blueberries.\u00a0 Only the healthy stuff for me.<\/p>\n

If you could live anywhere else in the entire world, where would that be and why?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Italia.\u00a0 I\u2019m enamored with the language and the land.<\/p>\n

What do you like to do when you’re not helping teachers plan fantastic tours?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I go out dancing whenever I can.\u00a0 I love to let loose!
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Who was your favorite teacher growing up, and why?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was absolutely in love with every one of my elementary school teachers – so much so that I would get nauseous when I had a substitute.<\/p>\n

I was kind of a sensitive kid\u2026
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Is white chocolate really chocolate?<\/strong><\/p>\n

It IS made from cocoa butter.\u00a0 The chips are a fabulous addition to a dark chocolate walnut brownie.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your last name’s Chevalier.\u00a0 What’s that all about?<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s pretty French.\u00a0 It means \u201cknight\u201d.\u00a0 Isn\u2019t that awesome!?\u00a0 I think my future spouse should take MY last name.<\/p>\n

I’ve noticed you’re quite the epicurean.\u00a0 What’s the most exotic dish you’ve recently concocted?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I love to make sushi maki rolls<\/a>, which most people find interesting.\u00a0 They are so easy!\u00a0 Fresh tuna, ripe avocado, plenty of wasabi.\u00a0 Simple and delicious.<\/p>\n

Fair to say that you really like scarves?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Haha.\u00a0 I love wearing scarves\u2026in all types of weather.\u00a0 They are so cozy, and they make them for all seasons —even summer!<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
