No worries \u2013 the Argentinians specialize in grab and go options. You could try a traditional choripan sandwich, which features beef or pork chorizo in between crusty bread, topped with the herby dressing known as chimichurri. However, if you really want to feel like a local, you\u2019ll need to learn a little lunfardo, which is the Argentine dialect of Spanish. It can be quite different than the Spanish you learned in a textbook. He was fortunate enough to complete two tours on the Argentina and Uruguay Spanish Language Dialogue, a one-month journey through Northeastern University\u2019s study abroad office. Matt was a student on the first leg, and then returned as a Teachers\u2019 Assistant the next year. While in Argentina, Matt lived with a Spanish-speaking host mother and took Spanish classes to supplement his Spanish minor.
