Day 2: June 23, 2009
Finally we arrived in Spain this evening. When we landed, Roberto, our Tour Director, was waiting for us at the terminal. It was a long day being on planes and airports for 24 hours, but we made it. We got a coach that took us to the Ibis Madrid Hotel which is pretty cool, right in the center, very well located. Our rooms are very comfortable so we really did not want to do anything else but dinner at Frescco, the name of the buffet-style restaurant we went to, an all-you-can-eat place: salads, pasta, soups, dessert... After dinner we went for a walk to have some pictures taken. Madrid is great!
