The silent harmony of ancient columns, domes, and temples attest to another time. Amid the crowded cafés, open-air markets, and people-filled squares, the culture that greeted the Apostle Paul many centuries ago still lives. Athens, the Aegean islands and Istanbul, key locations for the Paul’s missionary efforts to spread the Gospel, will be the focus of this faith enriching tour. Walk the ancient streets of Athens, see Hadrian’s Arch, the Parthenon and the Acropolis. Then follow Apostle Paul’s footsteps as you journey by boat and bus to key Pauline sites in Greece and Turkey such as Thessaloniki, Philippi, Corinth, Kavala and Istanbul. Immerse your spirit in the stark beauty of the island of Patmos, where Apostle John wrote Revelations. This eleven-day faith-based tour will incorporate times for hearing Paul’s scriptural words, group worship and personal reflection. Tours must depart North America on Wednesdays to connect with the 7-day cruise.
