We arrived early this morning at Paris airport: Franz greeted us and brought us to our hotel. Then we rode the subway (they call it metro here) until the Latin quarter where Franz took us for a walking tour through its gardens and narrow streets: we saw the Pantheon, the Luxembourg gardens and the superb cathedral of Notre Dame. Dinner was steak with ratatouille and an eclair with chocolate...delicious!
