Cead mille failte! A thousand welcomes! This is what our guys heard upon their arrival in the Emerald Isle, Ireland. First to arrive were the Byers group from New Brighton, Pennsylvania, who got to while away the time waiting for the others at the nearby Bunratty Castle. At lunchtime it was the turn of the Deitchman group from California to touch down, and we all set off for our hotel in the seaside resort of Ballybunion. After dinner in the hotel's rooftop restaurant and some time exploring the beach, it was time to topple into bed for a well-earned rest!
