Bienvenido. We have just landed in the highest capital of Europe. We did not know that Madrid was the highest capital. The weather seems fantastic even though we are expecting rain. But not right now. We have met our tour director at the airport and we drove to our hotel. Well, enough time to freshen up and we went stright down town Madrid to enojy a bit of the spanish culture. We arrived at the heart of the city: Puerta del Sol. The beating heart of the city and wandered around the beautiful alleys. And we had our first cultural taste: the best hot chocolate in the world at the most famous chocolateria in Madrid. And of course the churros....Just look at the photos...
