Hello London! We finally made it...some earlier than others!! In any case, it was a great feeling to arrive to the big city (over 8 million people) and to get the first flavours of London. It's ever so busy...To go to town we used the tube (subway) and we arrived in the Westend -central London-. There we went to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square,Covent Gardent,Leicester Square....we saw red buses,bobbies...you name it!!
For dinner, we had a traditionnal fish and chips; later on we wandered a bit more in the Westend before heading back to the hotel -east of London- for a truly deserved night of sleep!
Can't wait for tomorrow!
