Enjoying an ice cream at Berthillon
We arrived safely! After months of planning and a very long journey we’re finally here!
After checking into our hotel, we went straight to the city centre to explore Paris. We saw Notre Dame cathedral and the River Seine, had dinner in a little bistrot in the Latin Quarter and then had some free time to walk around the historic centre of the city (and to have an ice cream at the famous Berthillon café!) Later we explored the Left Bank Latin Quarter a little more and then came back to the hotel for a well-earned rest!
